On Monday, October 24, the Office of the President of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly is hosting a one-day stakeholder consultation to discuss potential transformative game changers that can feed into the Water Action Agenda.
The consultation, and a preparatory meeting which follows on Tuesday, October 25, are preliminary events for the UN 2023 Water Conference.
The hybrid event will facilitate five roundtables. Cap-Net UNDP representatives will participate in Roundtable 2 on Capacity Development. Discussions will centre on a global network of education and capacity development, as well as learning alternatives to traditional learning.
The stakeholder consultation will be live webcast on UN WebTV.
Roundtable 2 on Capacity Development will begin at 11:35 am EDT.
