The Caribbean WaterNet has launched the SDG 6 Monitoring Guide for Caribbean SIDS 2019.
Between the 5th to 7th June 2019 the Training of Trainers Workshop on Drought Risk Reduction was held in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis by the Caribbean waternet /Cap-Net UNDP, Global Water Partnership Caribbean (GWP-C) and the Business Development Unit, Faculty of Food and Agriculture, University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus (BDU-FFA-UWI).
The training course took place between 15th and 18th July at the University of the West Indies in Belize where 29 participants from various sectors (Hydrology, Meteorology, Water Distribution, Agriculture, Education, Water Quality Monitoring and National Emergency Preparedness and Non- Governmental Organisations) participated.
