River Basin Organisation

This training manual addresses implementation of IWRM by river basin organisations. The manual is structured around key water management functions and uses a set of progress indicators to focus on key water management issues. The indicators also provide the opportunity to draw on the experience of participants and facilitate learning from on-the-ground practice. Cap-Net, UNESCO-IHE and partner networks developed this training package. The material is available on CD with supporting PowerPoint presentations and reference documents.
