Background Many countries in the Eastern Africa region are appreciating and going into new paradigm of water resources management, namely IWRM. Tanzania, for example, is to prepare the IWRM plans in all her nine (9) basins, but one of the drawbacks is inadequate of skilled and trained (inadequate of capacity) people to carry out the IWRM plans. | ||
