Caribbean WaterNet: Holds two IWRM Training Workshops in The Bahamas

The Caribbean WaterNet  (Cap-Net) in collaboration with a group of Partners, will hold two Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) training workshops in The Bahamas in February 2020.The first workshop on “Groundwater Management in IWRM” will take place from February 19th – 21st, 2020. This training of trainers workshop will be delivered by the Caribbean WaterNet in collaboration with The University of the West Indies (UWI), Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C), the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI), the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) and The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA).On 24-26 February, the second workshop will be held around the topic of “Hydro-Climatic Disasters in Water Resources Management.” The workshop is organised by the Caribbean WaterNet and will be delivered in collaboration with The University of the West Indies (UWI), Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C), the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC), the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI) and The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA).
